Terms of Service
Entrysignal provides commercial office repair, refurbishment and maintenance services across New Zealand. These terms govern the supply of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimates are indicative and subject to site inspection and final scope. Acceptance of a quote, or instruction to proceed, constitutes agreement to these terms.
Quotes and variations
All quotes specify scope and exclusions. Additional work discovered on-site will be quoted as a variation and requires written approval before commencement.
Pricing and payment
Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Liability, warranties and consumer rights (NZ)
We warrant that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. For consumer contracts, nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies. For commercial customers, our liability is limited to the value of the invoice for the relevant services except to the extent required by law.
